How to upgrade to Reelme Pro?

1. Log in firstly, from the homepage side panel, click Pro.

2. Select a payment option, Enter your details and complete the upgrade.

What are Credits?

Credits are credits used for image and video generation. Membership makes each generation cheaper.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel anytime in your account settings. You can still enjoy your benefits until the current billing cycle ends, and no further charges will be made unless you subscribe again.

Do I keep my creations if I cancel?

Yes. All your generated videos and images remain saved in your library.

Which AI models can I use?

Reelme connects to multiple top-tier models including Seedream 4.0, Nano Banana, Hailuo02, and Kling. The exact models available depend on your region and membership tier.

Can I use my creations commercially?

Yes, as long as you own the rights to the input content. Don't use copyrighted or restricted materials.

Why did my generation fail or take long?

This can happen during high traffic or with very complex prompts. Pro and Max members get faster priority processing.
